We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Q. Shipping time for missing orders/change in shipping address?
A. 5 – 7 business days, excluding Saturday and Sunday for US shipping
Q. How long does it take for buyers to receive their merchandise?
A. On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 3 – 5 after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply

Q. How can I check the status of an order and see how much I was charged for fulfillment?

and we will send you tracking number.
For any countries not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier.
For these countries we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been given to the international carrier.
We do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, and Sudan…
The shipping services will reuse their tracking numbers after 120 days so that every tracking number will show invalid after that period of time. We will not be responsible for any loss in shipping after 120 days.
Q. How do I report a missing or lost package?
A. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Jannart will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local the carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel.
Q. Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
A. Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong to [email protected] and we will fix it for you.
